Worship at Bethel Baptist Church
More than a style — it’s about the heart.
At Bethel, we believe worship isn’t defined by music preferences or dress codes — it’s about glorifying God with authenticity and unity.
Each Sunday at 10:30 AM, we gather in the People of Hope Center (located on the far left of the parking lot) for a unique and Spirit-led worship experience. No two services are the same! You might hear:
- Timeless hymns
- Contemporary worship led by our praise band, The Circle of Truth
- Special music from our men’s quartet, a cappella ensemble, or gifted pianists playing jazz, gospel, or classical
Everyone is encouraged to use their God-given gifts in worship.

Sunday School
We welcome you to join us!
Our Sunday School classes offer a place to deepen your faith, build meaningful connections, and grow alongside others on the journey with Christ. No matter where you are in your walk with God, our classes are designed to help you develop a Christian mind and heart within a supportive community.
Classes meet every Sunday morning from 9:30 to 10:15 AM.
We offer classes for all ages:
- Nursery: Open for children from birth through preschool beginning at 9:15 AM.
- Children’s Classes: Preschool and elementary-aged students.
- Youth Classes: Middle and high school students.
- Adult Classes: A variety of groups for different stages of life and study interests.

How should I dress?
Come as you are! We want you to feel comfortable worshiping with us just as you are!
When you walk through the doors at Bethel, you'll see a mix of styles — some ladies wearing dresses or slacks, others in jeans; some men in ties, others in polos or even shorts.
No matter what you wear, you are welcome here.

Children
We have Sunday school for toddlers, elementary students, as well as middle and high schoolers. Our nursery is open to all younger children during the Sunday school hour. During worship, we have a great children’s ministry during worship called JIGSAW. JIGSAW stands for Jesus is Great, Super, Awesome and Wonderful. Our Jigsaw kids go with our Jigsaw leader and they learn about Jesus each week in a fun, creative, loving environment. Our Jigsaw kids are grades 1 – 5. For babies and toddlers we have a professional nursery staff that love children and are committed to the highest level of care.
What are the sermons like?
One Sunday you might hear a traditional sermon. Another Sunday, you might see us interview someone on how the Lord is working in their life. Do you remember the famous quote from the movie Forrest Gump? “Momma said life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get.” That’s a little like Bethel. We are eclectic and different, but always authentic in offering our best to the Lord and we pray that Jesus is glorified each and every week in all we do in worship.
